On Monday 4th September I decided to pay a visit to Pembrey Old Harbour near Burry Port to coincide with high tide hoping to photograph what terns were present.
Sandwich Terns were the most numerous species with just a couple of Common Terns present although these were difficult to pick up with just binoculars.
The 'Sanies' really tested my bird in flight abilities but I was pleased to come away with some reasonable flight shots........
