I had seen some nice photos whilst at home of two juvenile Common Kingfishers on the Ceredigion Birds & Wildlife Facebook page taken at the Kingfisher Hide (where else !!) Teifi Marshes, Cardigan and hoped that they hadn't yet dispersed to find their own territories before our next visit to the caravan.
I made a visit on 3rd June and the two were still there performing incredibly well on the closest perch to the hide for myself and other observers, this was one of the rare occasions that I have photographed two birds on the same perch and although the light was very harsh and I had the work hard 'in post' I came away with some images that I was quite pleased with.......
