Back on 28th March 2023 I paid a visit to Cardiff Bay to catch up with the juvenile Little Gull which had been frequenting the area near the ice rink, this would give me a chance to test out my new camera and lens with the 'birds in flight' set up I had saved in one of the custom modes.
It was good to bump into Alex Bevan and later Mike Powell who were also visiting.
Although I was very much still getting used to the camera and lens I managed to come away with some images that I was reasonably pleased with for a first attempt........
