Hi Jake-yes Dan,Geth and Wayne did a whole of Glamorgan bird race in May on the same day as Mark Hipkin did his NPT birdrace. I was away that weekend so couldn't participate,Dan didn't do a posting but e-mailed me with the result,if I've still got it I'll forward it on.
Nice shot of the young Swallows, and the Skomer snaps are a reminder of an afternoon that almost made up for the morning!
We got 95 on the day list. Missed a few we thought we'd get, but got a few we didn't. As others have demonstrated, with some careful planning, and a bit of luck over a 100 is possible.

Wayne: 95 is a good total. Good to see that birders are still willing to do a birdrace in Glamorgan, albeit a rather rare occurrence these days.
