Alec and I spent three hours late morning, early afternoon dipping the roller. I'm sure Rosie will be sympathetic, but please don't tell the Twitchmeister!
You're secret is safe with me Wayne - as you know the Twitchmeister is not shy when it comes to gripping people off, but when it comes to a Roller he'd be completely unbearable!!
Got back a 11:00pm last night. I was in Roscoff when I got Tim's text about the roller. Didn't do any birding in France, but plenty of terns diving into the sea as I was paddling about.
I would like to exchange links with you if that’s ok. Please let me know if this is possible.

When did you get back from France by the way?
Not sure Rosie can focus that far away yet anyway! I did point her in the right direction though!

I did get some half tidy pics but was blown away by Paul Bowden and Kev Jones' photos on Birdguides.
Glad you had a good holiday Wayne, pity you missed the Roller-anyone fancy Chew on the weekend if the Spot Sand,Spot Crake and Fudgie stick around???
If the Spot Sand hangs around I'd be up for a trip - preferably early Sunday morning - but of course it'll be long gone by then!
Looks like it has gone, there's a surprise !! There's always the Sharp-Tailed in Kent !!!
So let's get this right, you're planning to chew on some fudge?

Bob, it's Wayne you'll need to sort that out with. It's his blog, we're just guests.
