I had a session this morning with a local daylight hunting Barn Owl that I've known about for a few weeks.
Using my bag hide I set myself up adjacent it's hunting area and after an hour's wait the owl showed for all of 10 seconds before disappearing back to it's roost.
It reappeared about a half hour later and hunted and perched for about an hour successfully catching what looked like a field vole.
I thoroughly enjoyed my couple of hours and despite the bird always being a little distant I came away with some reasonable images, suffice to say I'll be making a few return visits.
